Starting to build a LMS webapp - part 1
Backstory Today I started to build a web app. I wanted to build an LMS that I have in mind. I think everything that is available is very basic and misses on a lot of interactive + community elements. Teachable is just a stale set of videos / quizzes. Thinkific is a bit better because of how they create content, give you pre-built templates with methods to use their tools. But then I envision an experience that is so much better, interactive every step, encourages higher participation, finishing, feedback and community. I truly believe learning together will make the students more engaged, learn anything faster and in a more enjoyable way. So I want to bake that into every step where you can see what others are doing in the same step. Kinda like an MMORPG experience where you see others in the same path (here same lesson, module etc.) I want this to be targeted for people who have a mailing list anywhere and want to start building (and selling courses later).
